Per Oracle’s RCD for February 2016, the Oracle PBCS release will have the following updates: New Financial Reporting Web Studio: The March update of the service will include the new Financial Reporting Web Studio. Oracle PBCS EPM Automate utility fails when password contains ‘^’ or ‘!’ special character

On a recent PBCS project, I happened to run into an issue when using EPM Automate available with PBCS version 16.01.49. My EPM Automate batch failed, returning an’ EPMAT-9: Invalid credentials’ error. The same credentials worked fine when logging in PBCS Workspace.
